All proceeds from this day's chiropractic services along with donated non-perishable
food items will be directly donated to the Milton Food Pantry.
NO Insurances will be billed this day.
$45 donation for a New Patient Evaluation incl. X-rays (if needed)
$25 donation for Chiropractic Treatments for established patients
Please also bring a non-perishable food item for donation.
